 The
Design Series® is a design centred system
which combines professional design services for each building whilst
maintaining project-housing cost levels.
An extensive library of common components has been developed and programmed
into computers to enable costs and quality to be predictable. Over 350
houses have been built for temperate, hot inland and tropical Australia.
Houses have also been built in cyclonic
Darwin and Samoa, and earthquake zones including Japan
and Indonesia.

Peake Series® was firstly designed in
response to housing needs of small families and elderly people. It
has evolved for further use as holiday housing, resort housing, small
offices or studios.

Export Series demonstrates the adaptability
of the Fairweather Homes housing systems through its contribution to
a continuing program of export projects, including exports to Samoa,
Canada, Indonesia, China and Japan.
