There are three basic options for completion
of the home once the complete pre-made components are delivered to the
site.
1. Component supply
- Purchase the components from Fairweather
Homes
- Arrange for completion by sub-contract
and/or self-build.
2. Lock up
- Purchase the components from Fairweather
Homes
- Sign a contract with the selected builder
to have the house completed to lock up, or to another stage as negotiated
with the builder
3. Completion
- Purchase the components from Fairweather
Homes
- Sign a contract with the selected builder
to have the house completed
