services that are applicable to low cost and export housing projects whether
they be small, medium or large in scale. These services can be tailored
to suit each project's specific needs.
1. Basic Services
- Design Services - design adaptation,
costing, engineering, computer documentation, shop drawings, manufacturing
schedules, erection drawings and procedures
- Material Services - component
selection and coordination, containerisation and transport (ship/rail/road)
to erection site
- Construction Services - Site
supervision for quality control, erection and completion procedures
- Skills Training Services - factory
layout and assembly procedures, skills in component assembly, site
erection, safety and maintenance procedures
- Technology
Transfer Services - establishment of a workable method for house
construction, using the selected materials and available community
resources

- House Services - design, supply
and installation of low cost sanitation systems and energy and water
supply for individual houses
