PEAKE SERIESŪ - CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

Peake SeriesŪ houses use an innovative system of kiln dried timber framing and structural plywood construction for ease of manual handling, transportation and erection.
The pre-made components are manufactured and supplied to the site as part of the Fairweather Homes service.
This construction system allows choices to be made about the method of completion of the house.

BUILDING MATERIALS

• Kiln dried pine framing and structural plywood cladding
• Zincalume or colorbond roofing panels
• Marine quality textured pineboard external wall panels
• Insulation to walls (R2) and roof (R2.5) panels
• Selected internal lining
• Structural plywood floor

CONNECTION SYSTEM

Panels are readily connected with the Fairweather Homes GOTCHA-NUTŪ connecting system, engineered to provide a high standard of cyclone protection in the completed building.
