PEAKE 1 MODULE

The simplicity of the Peake Series design and construction concept is represented in the adjacent Typical Resort Plan

The Peake 1 Module comprises a central core with annexes extending from each face of the core. The external dimensions of the module measure less than 8 metres.

The central core measures 3.6m by 3.6m. The core areas are generally used as living and dining spaces.

The annexes measure 3.6m by 2m.

Typically annexes are suitable for a wide range of uses, such as:

• Bedrooms
• Walk in robes
• Kitchen
• Bathroom
• Extended living area
• Children's play area
• Study
• Storage
• External verandah
